The McDermott Holistic Healing Foundation believes that treatment or therapies for cancer or degenerative disease should be decided based on what will generate the best results for the individual and not on what an insurance company agrees to fund.
Holistic therapies are typically not funded by insurance and these “out of pocket” expenses can be cost prohibitive. Holistic therapies should not be only for the wealthy, rather for anyone wanting to heal.
Financial Donations
The McDermott Holistic Healing Foundation is a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Florida. The Foundation has officially received it’s 501(c)(3) determination and is now Tax Exempt effective 04/10/2015.
A gift to a qualified charitable organization may entitle you to a charitable contribution deduction against your income tax. Please consult a tax expert to discuss your individual circumstances.
